Everything about buying, installing and licensing our work. If your question is not here, send it through the commissions page and you will get a straight answer.
PayPal only. You can pay with a PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal’s guest checkout, so you do not need a PayPal account to buy. We never see or store your card details.
Immediately. PayPal confirms the payment, the download unlocks, and the link appears both in your order confirmation email and in your account area. There is no manual step on our side.
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is worth it though: your whole download library stays in one place, so you can re-download a pack months later without hunting for an old email.
Yes. Downloads do not expire and there is no download limit. Log in, go to My Account, and every pack you have bought is listed under Downloads.
Digital goods are final sale once downloaded, but we will refund corrupt files we cannot replace, duplicate charges, and products that are materially different from their description. The full Refund Policy has the detail.
Prices shown are what you pay. Any local tax obligation on your side is yours to handle.
Every pack ships with a readme. In short: drop the supplied texture files into your vehicle resource’s stream folder, make sure the livery entry is declared in the vehicle’s meta, and restart the resource. If your setup uses a different structure, send us a screenshot of your folder and we will tell you exactly where the files go.
Each product page lists the models the pack was drawn for. We target the standard game models and the most common community replacements. On a heavily modified body, decal placement can shift because the UV map is different. Ask before you buy if you are running something unusual.
Yes. Liveries are just textures, so they sit on top of whatever lighting setup you run. Nothing in our packs edits vehicle handling, lighting or meta files.
If a model author changes the UV map, a livery drawn for the old version can shift. Tell us which pack and which model update, and we will remap it at no charge for twelve months from purchase.
Yes, that is why the layered source files are included. Unit numbers, troop designations and department names sit on their own layers so you can renumber without redrawing anything.
One server that you own or operate. You can modify the asset for that server and use screenshots of it in your own promotion. You cannot redistribute the files, resell them, or run them on a second server without a second license. Full terms are in the License Agreement.
An extended license. Start a commission request, tell us how many servers, and we will quote it.
Not under the standard license. Resale rights are available, priced per asset. Ask through the commissions form.
By default you get an exclusive single-server license to the finished work and 203 Designs keeps the right to show it in a portfolio. If you need full ownership or portfolio exclusivity, say so during the quote so it can be priced in.
It depends on scope, and the quote always names a date. As a rough guide: a single livery is days, a department pack is a week or two, a full fleet with an identity system is longer. Rush work is possible and priced accordingly.
No. Everything here is a fan-made recreation for roleplay use. Nothing is endorsed by or affiliated with any real agency, and none of it may be used to impersonate law enforcement or emergency services outside a game.
