License Agreement – 203 Designs

1. What you are buying

Every product sold by 203 Designs is a digital asset. You are buying a license to use that asset. You are not buying the copyright, and ownership of the artwork stays with 203 Designs.

2. Standard single-server license

Unless your order or commission agreement says otherwise, every purchase carries a standard single-server license. Under it you may:

Install and use the asset on one FiveM server that you own or operate
Modify the asset for that server, including renumbering units, recoloring and adding your own department marks
Use screenshots and video of the asset in your own server promotion

3. What the license does not allow

Redistributing the files, free or paid, in whole or in part
Uploading the files to a public repository, leak site, Discord server or file host
Reselling the asset or a modified version of it
Using the asset on a second server without a second license
Claiming authorship of the artwork
Using the asset in a commercial product outside FiveM without written permission

4. Multi-server and network licenses

If you run a network of servers, or you want to resell builds that include our work, you need an extended license. Start a commission request and we will quote it.

5. Commission work

Commissioned assets are covered by the terms agreed in writing for that job. By default a commission grants you an exclusive single-server license to the finished asset, and 203 Designs retains the right to display the work in a portfolio. If you need full ownership or exclusivity beyond that, say so during the quote so it can be priced in.

6. Real-world agencies

Liveries and uniforms inspired by real agencies are fan-made recreations for roleplay use only. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by any real agency, and they must not be used to impersonate law enforcement or emergency services outside of a game environment.

7. Termination

Breaking the terms above ends your license immediately. You must remove the asset from your server and delete your copies. No refund is due on a license terminated for breach.
