Refund Policy

Digital goods are final sale

Every product in the store is a digital download. Once the download link has been issued, the asset cannot be returned, so all sales are final. Please read the product page, check the included unit list, and confirm the vehicle models you run before you buy.

When we will refund

We are not looking to keep money we did not earn. A refund will be issued if:

• The files are corrupt or incomplete and we cannot supply a working replacement
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The product is materially different from what the product page described
• You have not downloaded the files and you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

When we will not refund

• You changed your mind after downloading
• The asset does not fit a heavily modified or non-standard vehicle model
• You bought the wrong pack and have already downloaded it
• Your server or your installation is misconfigured, though we will help you fix it
• The license was terminated for redistribution or resale

Commission work

Commission deposits cover reserved production time and are non-refundable once work has started. If a commission is cancelled before work begins, the deposit is returned in full. If we cancel a commission, you get everything you have paid back.

How to ask

Email the store with your order number and what went wrong. Most issues turn out to be an install problem that takes ten minutes to solve, so reach out before opening a PayPal dispute. Refunds are returned through PayPal to the account used for the purchase, normally within five business days of approval.
