Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms, to the License Agreement and to the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must have permission to use the payment method you check out with.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal. 203 Designs never sees or stores your card details. An order is accepted once payment clears and the download link has been issued.
4. Delivery
Downloads are released automatically as soon as PayPal confirms payment. Links are available from your account area and in your order confirmation email. If a download fails, contact us and we will reissue it.
5. Commission work
Commission requests are quotes, not orders. Nothing is owed by either side until a written scope and price are agreed and an invoice is issued. Revision rounds, delivery format and turnaround are set per job in that agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload this site, scrape the catalog, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. Accounts used for chargeback abuse or file redistribution will be closed.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, product imagery, copy and branding on this site belongs to 203 Designs unless otherwise credited. Vehicle models and game assets shown in product imagery belong to their respective creators.
8. Liability
Products are supplied as is. 203 Designs is not liable for server downtime, lost data or other indirect losses arising from use of an asset. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product in question.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
